How to apply

Application can be downloaded from our website or from the institution directly on prescribed fee. The online form and online application should submit before the due date. The required document should be submitted at the time of interview

Selection and Admission

The selection for admission is done by the governing body of the society based on the merits of the candidates. The candidate provisionally selected for admission should appear before the selection board for an interview on the specified date of admission.

Requirements at the time of admission

1. Qualifying certificates including SSLC book (Original or Attested Copies)
2. Passport / Stamp size photographs (5-copies)
3. Certificates from the concerned authority if
the candidate is sponsored by any agencies.
4. Guardian of the candidate must be present at the time of admission.
5. The prescribed fee.

Certification

On successful completion of the course with a training of not less than six months from a multi speciality hospital / medical laboratory training certificate and monthly report from the hospital/ laboratory should be produced before the authorities. Certificates will be issued to the candidates by the above duly appointed Board of examiners.

Hostel

Accommodation will be provided for the students at the nearest. ladies hostel on request of the candidates on prescribed fee.

Rules and Regulations

1. Students must be neat and tidy
2. Students must keep discipline
3. Students must obey all instructions given by the authorities whether oral or written.
4. Regular and punctual attendance is essential. In case of absence in the class leave letter must be produced. Student should not be allowed to leave the class with out permission.
5. Smoking within the campus is strictly prohibited.
6. Students must pay for all damages caused by them in the institution.
7. Note books and record-note books should be submitted before the instructors in time and get corrected.
8. Fee must be paid on or before 5th of every month and obtain receipt, falling which fine per working day will also have to paid.
9.Fee once remitted will not be refunded.
10. Adopting malpractice in the examination or tempering of the certificates will be strictly dealt with.
11. Candidates should wear prescribed uniform every day and should put up the hair.
12. The director reserve all rights to make any amendments to the rules and regulations as and when required.
13. Use of mobile phone is strictly restricted in and arround the campus.
